Etsy Inspired #137--4.30.11

Hey Everyone!! Happy Saturday! This week's shop is Imagine Studio which designs photomontages and painted photographs. They'll be giving one of this week's winners any 5" x 7" print of their choice!

I was inspired by this silhouette print from the shop.

I just love silhouettes, and wanted
to use my brand new Portrait Gallery Overlay

I've been working in a new little style that I like to call, "Shabby Fresh," where I mix a lot of embellies, paper and trims (the shabby part) in a fun, interesting design (the fresh part)

Our sponsor this week is, EAD Designs which creates some really terrific vinyl lettering, wall art and more! Some of their design team will be playing along so make sure to check out Jenn Coker's blog to see what she's created.  EAD Designs will be giving our second winner a $25 gift certificate.

So, now it's your turn to play along. Make sure to visit the design team's blogs to see their BEAUTIFUL projects  so that you  can get inspired to create a fabulous project of your own! Make sure to post your design to the Etsy Inspired Challenge Blog by Friday, May 6th at noon!

My favorite way to use punches are to make multiple borders on my layouts or cards. I like to line up borders from different punches one over the other to make a wider fancier border."
