Etsy Inspired #101--8.14.10

Greetings all and HAPPY SATURDAY! Wow, last week was SOO exciting with the 100th Etsy Inspired Challenge. I am so happy to see so many people participating and to see great sponsors give away some really FABULOUS prizes! It's always fun to win something.

This week's shop was really fun because it allowed me to get my creative, vintage juices flowing! Lover Dovers Homemade Goodness. This shop makes the most adorable handmade retro-print inspired aprons for women and children's clothing for infants, toddles and little girls! Her prints are reflective of the 50's style which is appearing in  a lot of paper products as well. I LOVE the vintage papers and styles, so this shop offered a lot of inspiration to me! Here's some fabulous items for sale in her shop.

And, here is the apron that my card was inspired by

I was inspired by this apron's adorable cherry print and the ric rac trim. Here's my design.

I love these graphics!! I can't cook or bake, so these sentiments are totally me!!

I hope that after you check out   Lover Dovers Homemade Goodness. you'll be inspired to make your own beautiful vintage project. Make sure to post your design by friday to Etsy Inspired Challenge for your chance to win!! Prizes this week are a Lover Dovers Homemade Goodness original "Lucy black and red apron" from their and a prize from this week's sponsor,  Sassy Studio Designs .

They'll be providing a winner with four digi stamps of their choice! Sassy Studio Designs has some very fun, fresh and saucy designs! I particularly liked their Disney Princess stamps such as Belle.

I used to watch "Beauty and the Beast" every weekend when I was little. This is a cute stamp!

So, don't forget to play along by posting your design by friday to Etsy Inspired Challenge for your chance to win!! And don't forget to also take a look at the beautiful, amazing work of the Etsy Design Team to help inspire you!
