Etsy Inspired #112--10.30.10

Happy Saturday!! It's so been wet, and gloomy outside all week which means it's the perfect weather to craft in! And this week's shop has fun, whimsical and colorful prints that will bring summer back into your fall schedule. BeiLeXian Whimsyland offers amazing and fun prints to make you feel fresh and happy. They're offering one winner any $18 print of their choice! Here's some colorFUL examples.

So fun and happy! I love all the little figures little faces and expressions!
Here's the print that I was inspired by

Here's my take on the piece! I was inspired by the gorgeous use of color, and the circular forms! I am in love with the circles.

I created my own tree from patterned paper and cut it out, along with
punching circles from other patterned paper.

I hand cut small blades of grass, and inked them. I added
the ribbon treatment, tie some baker's twine around and thread the buttons

To get the watercolor effect, I inked all the patterned paper
pieces with a variety of chalk and dye inks.

Our sponsor this week is Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps . This store sells fabulous designer paper packs, clear and digital stamps, and acrylic blocks. They're offering our second winner a $15 gift voucher to be used in their shop!! Oooh! I already made a list of what I would buy from their shop if I could win! So, what are you waiting for?

So, now it's your turn to play. Visit our shop for the week and choose an item to base your creation on. Make sure to post your design to Etsy Inspired Challenge Blog by Friday, November 5th at noon! One lucky person will win an $18 print of their choice from BeiLeXian Whimsyland   or  a $15  credit from  Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps
